   It's easy to understand why this class would be beneficial to our life in many aspects.  Communication is used constantly and never-ending, and learning effective communication is crucial if someone wanted to get far in life.  In this class we learned about listening effectively, which will benefit us in all aspects, from schoolwork, to relationships. Effective Listening is among the top qualities looked for in Management positions.   Managing Conflict is another huge concept that if studied and practiced, can really be beneficial in the workplace. We learned about several types of effective conflict managing methods. A third huge concept learned was Effectively Giving Presentations.  In many careers you are required to give presentations at some point.  I feel that I'll be better off giving presentations after this class.  I just may have to keep my textbook from this class, because of all the valuable information in it I may desire in the future.
