JOG / WALK
Jog/Walk inspired me to be lead a more active lifestyle. Since I started this class, I've spent 6 days a week doing some sort of excercise, whether it be jogging/walking, playing a game of basketball or football, weight lifting, etc.
I've paid more attention to the sort of nutrients I'm putting into my body because I want to stay healthy and excercise is not going to do what I want it to do if I don't eat healthy. I'm paying more concern to any aches or pains I feel, and find out what I can do to avoid these pains or making them worse.
When this class is over I plan to continue working to keep myself in shape, and get excercise in whenever I can.
